Cefnllysgwynne. November 16th 2014.
Geraint, Paul, Rick, Andrew, Dave, Rob & Stephen made an early start and arrived at Builth Wells at about 7.45 am.
We all took a look at the Wye and after a natural break headed off to the “Little Chef” for Breakfast.
It was “Olympic Breakfasts” all round.
Stephen opted for “The Healthy Option” and had the “Royale”
which is the Olympic Breakfast with extra Hash Browns, Black Pudding & Sirloin Steak!
It was then off to Cefnllysgwynne amongst the lovely countryside.
Straight into a Grayling!
The lovely “Lady of the Stream”.
Rob concentrating very intently waiting for his first take.
So was Geraint.
Steve caught a few too.
Andrew into his third Grayling. He won the “pot” for catching the most fish on the day.
He also kindly bought us all a pint for winning that privilege!
A great day was had by all.
A big “thank you” to Geraint for organising the whole day!
Next trip will be “Grayling on the Taff”.
Hope they do a good breakfast there too!
