As part of the Queen’s Silver Jubilee, festivities were held at the “Glan Usk” estate.
The crowds were tremendous!
All waiting for a glimpse of The Queen.
When she finally arrived there were great celebrations!
C&DAS asked Geraint Meadows,Justin & Paige Connolly if they would represent our Club and demonstrate some Fly Tying.
Justin even created a “Diamond Jubilee” Fly!
Geraint, Justin and Paige were allowed time to chat with Prince Phillip and present him with some flies which they had made especially for him.
Everyone had a great day, C&DAS were very pleased that our Club was so well represented.
